OCC (Olympia Commercial Centre) is due to be demolished in order to make space for AURA, the biggest high-rise development in Cyprus. Permits were granted back in April in 2024. Demolition is yet to begin, even though it is unclear wether AURA will even be built.
Currently (January 2025) there is no engineering works happening at the building.
