With this post we’d like to update you on the current state (August 2025) at Olympia Commercial Centre (formerly Debenhams Olympia).
Unfortunately we have no new news regarding any future use of the property. It is worth pointing out that periodic maintenance still seems to take place and the premises around the building are kept decently clean.
However it is important to mention that there has been a notable break-in attempt at the left side entrance of the building. The intruders were not successful, but the glass of the entrance is broken and openly exposed and visible from the street. Bank of Cyprus and Hellenic Bank have been informed about this and were requested to make the necessary repairs to the building.
