Permits were granted back in April in 2024. Demolition is yet to begin, even though it is unclear wether AURA will even be built.<\/p>\n

Currently (January 2025) there is no engineering works happening at the building.<\/p>\n

Even in October 2025 there has still been no engineering works happening at the building. The future of the site still remains unclear.<\/p>\n
